Yes! We love hosting full property buyouts and can customize the experience for your group. Terra sleeps up to 27 guests and requires a two-night minimum for all buyouts.

You’re welcome to book up to 5 rooms without a full buyout. For larger groups, a full property buyout ensures a more private and personalized experience. Only with a buyout can we offer custom programming like private yoga sessions, curated culinary experiences, and tailored group events designed just for you.

We can accommodate up to 27 overnight guests on-site, and we're happy to help coordinate nearby accommodations for larger groups. For special events—like catered dinners, brunch around the pool, brand activations, or influencer gatherings—our property can comfortably host up to 60 guests. We're always happy to get creative and help bring your vision to life.
