You may request an early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee based on availability. Early check-in and/or late check-out must be confirmed by the property prior to your arrival/departure. 

Deposit:

Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit at the time of booking. The advance deposit is subject to the first night rate plus tax, package or promotion you reserve. Note that some holidays, events, specials or promotions may have modified deposit policies. Please review the rate details, terms, and conditions at the time of booking. Upon arrival, Terra Palm Springs will place a hold of $250 for incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy:

All changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a forfeit of the advanced deposit, first night’s room & tax. Non-refundable rates are excluded and are non-changeable after the time of booking.

Age Requirement:  

All guests must be 21 years or older to enter the property.

Pets:   

Please note that we have limited access to pets at Terra Palm Springs and it depends on room availability. Welcoming dogs only. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet prior to your arrival to make sure there is availability. There is an additional pet fee included and an additional $250 refundable deposit to cover for potential damages. Service Animals are allowed. Owners of service animals are responsible for any damages that may be caused. A $500 fine will be placed for any unauthorized pets. Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
